OFFICIAL RULES

IMPORTANT: Please read these Official Rules before participating in the Deck the Halls Giveaway (the "Promotion"), presented by Muchacho Reynoldstown (d.b.a. Muchacho) ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules. These Official Rules shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Promotion-related materials.

PURCHASE REQUIRED TO PLAY. Purchase of $1 or more is required to receive a scratch card and participate.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Deck the Halls Giveaway consists of two (2) components:

  • Instant Win Scratch Cards: Physical scratch-off cards distributed at participating Muchacho locations with instant win prizes.

  • Scan for a Second Chance: Non-winning scratch cards may be scanned for a second chance to win digital prizes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 21 years of age or older at time of participation. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.

LIMIT: One (1) scratch card per person per day (with a purchase of $1 or more). One (1) Second Chance entry per non-winning scratch card.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Employees of Sponsor and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons living in their household are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Instant Win Scratch Cards: The Instant Win component begins at restaurant opening on Monday, December 15, 2025 and ends when all scratch cards have been distributed or at restaurant closing on Thursday, January 15, 2026, whichever occurs first.

Scan for a Second Chance: The Second Chance component begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on Monday, December 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, January 15, 2026. All Second Chance entries must be submitted by this deadline.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1 Instant Win Scratch Cards

During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Muchacho location and make a purchase of $1 or more to receive one (1) scratch-off card per person per day while supplies last. Scratch the card to see if you are an Instant Win winner. To redeem an Instant Win prize, present the winning scratch card to a Muchacho team member.

4.2 Scan for a Second Chance

If your scratch card does not reveal an instant win prize, you may scan the QR code on the card for a second chance to win digital prizes. You will be directed to a registration page where you must provide the following information to complete your entry:

  • First and last name

  • Valid email address

  • Mobile phone number

  • Unique code from scratch card

  • Acceptance of these Official Rules and Privacy Policy

By entering, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in these Official Rules and opt-in to receive promotional communications from Sponsor via email and SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Physical Prize Redemption: All physical instant win prizes must be redeemed in-person at a participating Muchacho location during the Promotion Period. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Second Chance Prizes (Digital)

  • Free Mystery/Digital Prize!

Digital Prize Delivery: Digital prizes will be delivered via email or SMS to the contact information provided at time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable prizes due to incorrect contact information provided by participant.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Instant Win: Winners are determined at the time of scratching the card. Winning cards are pre-seeded throughout the card inventory.

Second Chance: Second Chance winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email and/or SMS within thirty (30) days of the Promotion end date. Winners must respond to notification within ten (10) days of receipt to claim their prize.

The odds of winning a Second Chance prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Noncompliance with these conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address or phone number used for entry. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will result in disqualification.

Sponsor is not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by participants; lost, stolen, damaged, or late scratch cards; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic; technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software, or any combinations thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to participants' devices.

Incomplete, illegible, or tampered scratch cards or entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

Any and all taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of prizes, and/or loss of any prize.

8. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

All information submitted in connection with participation in this Promotion shall be governed by Sponsor's Privacy Policy at muchachoatl.com/privacy. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected: Sponsor collects the following personal information for Second Chance entries: name, email address, and phone number. This information is used for Promotion administration, prize fulfillment, and promotional communications.

Communications Opt-In: By entering the Second Chance component, you consent to receive promotional emails and SMS messages from Sponsor. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS message. Opting out will not affect your eligibility for prizes already won.

Data Retention: Personal information collected will be retained for a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Promotion for prize fulfillment and legal compliance purposes.

9. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY

By participating in this Promotion and/or accepting any prize, participants agree that Sponsor and its parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by participants for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prizes, or participation in this Promotion.

By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Any dispute arising from this Promotion will be determined according to the laws of the State of Georgia, without reference to its conflict of law principles. By participating, entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
