MuchachoFest: Official Terms & Condition

1. Overview

MuchachoFest consists of two (2) separate promotional offers: the Raffle Ticket Promotion (in-person, day-of prizes on April 4th) and the RSVP Sweepstakes ($1,000 in Muchacho gift cards awarded each week of March). By participating in either promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Electric Hospitality, Muchacho, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion A — Raffle Ticket Promotion

3.1 How to Enter

  1. Obtain a physical MuchachoFest Raffle Ticket (one ticket per person, while supplies last).

  2. Bring the ticket to MuchachoFest on the event date.

  3. Present the ticket for entry into the day-of prize drawing.

3.2 Entry Limit

One (1) raffle ticket entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3.3 Event Date

The MuchachoFest raffle drawing will take place on Saturday, April 4, 2025 at the MuchachoFest event.

3.4 Prizes

Day-of prizes are to be determined (TBD) and will be announced prior to the event date. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Promotion B — RSVP Sweepstakes

4.1 How to Enter

Complete an RSVP via the official MuchachoFest RSVP link (accessible via QR code on promotional materials or at muchacho.com/muchachofest-terms). One (1) RSVP entry per person per weekly drawing period.

4.2 Entry Limit

One (1) RSVP entry per person per weekly drawing period. Multiple RSVPs from the same individual will result in disqualification.

4.3 Drawing Schedule

One (1) winner will be selected each week of March 2025. Drawings will occur on or around the following dates:

  • Week of March 3, 2025

  • Week of March 10, 2025

  • Week of March 17, 2025

  • Week of March 24, 2025

4.4 Prize

Each weekly winner will receive $1,000 in Muchacho Gift Cards, distributed as ten (10) individual gift cards of $100 value each. The following conditions apply:

  • Limit of one (1) gift card redemption per winner per day.

  • Gift cards are redeemable at participating Muchacho locations only, subject to standard gift card terms.

  • Gift cards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift cards expire one (1) year from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted on the card.

4.5 Winner Notification

Weekly winners will be notified by email using the address provided at RSVP. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails or incorrect contact information provided by entrants.

5. General Conditions

  • No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is required to enter either promotion.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received per drawing period.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend either promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or events beyond Sponsor's control.

  • By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  • All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

6. Disputes

Any disputes arising from these promotions shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, applying Georgia law, and shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia. Entrants waive the right to a jury trial or class action participation.

7. Privacy
